I got a mug like this for a gift. I will never own another if I don't have to! The company is awesome! I broke my original due to knocking off the counter and all I had to do was send it back and they replaced it! Then my mother took apart the lid to clean it she cross threaded it putting it back together and ruined it...the company sent me 2 replacements for free! They have fantastic customer service!! I told them exactly what happened and they still took care of me. The cup is tall but just fits in the smaller microwaves. You can drink from any side and it seals like a champ! I now own 4 of these! It keeps the coffee warm, fits good in your hand and your car! I love these cups!!!!

I use this cup for hot and cold bevs. It works well with both and is very well made. The lid is labeled open and closed and when it is in the closed position it DOES NOT spill.

Leak proof and stands up to abuse

I originally found this mug brand in a dept store and after a couple of years of abuse was looking to replace and add to the collection. Was really pleased to find the mugs on Amazon with new/updated designs. These mugs truly are leak proof - you can hang them upside down and they will not spill a drop. As with any insulated mug it states not to wash in the dishwasher but I never feel that hand washing does the trick so I've been putting these mugs in the dishwasher for a couple of years and not had a problem. After two years one mug did allow water between the clear glass and the colored plastic so the design got damaged, but that seems pretty good for the mug to stay intact for two years of weekly dishwasher washings. I also cracked an older mug when I poured hot water into it straight from a kettle right after boiling the water. Having learned that lesson, I allow boiled water to cool a little before adding to the mug. I own five of these and will continue to replace with same item if I manage to destroy any others. This is a well made product that lasts.
